Final Design
The final composition of lifelike geometric shapes were combined with the outline of the side profile silhouette and printed through the process of screenprinting to create the final artwork.
During the process although there was an inital idea of how the colours were intended to take form, the inaccuracy of hand mixing screenprinting inks lead to some further colour experiementation. The final decision of a light/pale yellow and light/pale pink were made as they were both athetically pleasing as a colour pairing while also supporting the concept and vibrancy of the music.
The best of all the prints was cut down to 23cm x 23cm to meet the strict guidelines of the brief, as this format was the way in which the artwork has to be exhbited.
