After completing the final branding and identity for the festival it was now time to apply the festival branding to the collateral.
The first and most crucial application of this is within all the advertisement material for the festival, such as the posters and flyers. This acting as the main means of distribution from which the festival notoriety will develop.
Finally the branding was also applied and reconstructed within the necessary signage and way-finding material that is necessary for the organisation of the festival. This way-finding/signage fell mainly within the two categories of importance identified in the earlier stage of the brief.
The first of these applications manifesting in the form of a number of banners and street posters of which will be used during the festival to guide all participants to the daytime outdoor events.
Contrastingly to this due to the fact that the festival also involved a number of night time venues events a simple yet effective non-permanent hanging wall sign was created in order to identify easily the venues across the city of which are participating in the festival, enabling the festival goers to easily identify where the events are taking place.
