OUGD603 - Extended Practice - Jazz En Boucle - Branding Development

As the decisions regarding the initial composition and contextual ideas surrounding the festival identity had been made, the next stage of the process was to construct the final logo-mark and logotype for the identity, from which all of the related collateral will be constructed.
The decision to use playfair display within the typographic informed by its contemporary aesthetic but also historical aesthetic heritage. Perfectly representing the modern and vintage aspects of jazz music.


For the purpose of the festival brand identity both a standalone logo-mark and additional logotype were constructed for use within the festival collateral.
